A GPS unit valued at $300 was stolen from a 1999 Dodge Durango in the 15100 block of Calexico Lane between 9 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. There were no signs of forced entry, police said.

A 41-year-old Lake Ridge-area man was arrested last week after an ongoing investigation into criminal sexual activity at Locust Shade Park in Triangle, Prince William County police reported Wednesday.

Man in stable condition after being shot in robbery

The 30-year-old man shot during an armed robbery in Dale City Sunday afternoon is now in stable condition, Prince William County police said.

A diamond ring, a diamond pendant with a gold chain and a diamond necklace valued at $1,600 were stolen from a house in the 8600 block of Newton Place in the Manassas area between 11 a.m. Saturday and 9:30 a.m. Sunday. The victim said the jewelry was stolen while she was hosting a party at her house.
