Michael David Fuller, 18, of 9609 Garden St. in Manassas, pleaded guilty in Prince William General District Court Friday to four misdemeanor charges of littering on a public highway.<

• A digital camera, money and liquor valued at $1,605 were stolen Monday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from a house in the 15000 block of Alabama Avenue. An unlocked window was used to get inside.

Police have obtained warrants for the arrest of a 25-year-old man on four criminal charges, Prince William County police said.

A TV, a handgun, liquor, a stereo system, a digital camera and a video game system valued at $2,138 were stolen from a residence in the 12200 block of Marlboro Court between 7:45 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Thursday. Entry was gained through a basement door, police said.
