After the clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled on foot east on Spring Mall Road in the direction of Frontier Drive, according to
police.
A search of the area by both a police helicopter and a K-9 team wa
unsuccessful.
The robber was described as black, in his 30s. He was approximately 6 feet tall and about 170 pounds. He had black hair, brown eyes and was clean-shaven. He was wearing a burgundy T-shirt and blue jeans, police said.
