Homicide suspect to stand trial in January

The suspect in the December triple-homicide in Woodbridge will stand trial on capital murder charges in January, according to court records.
Anastacio Sanchez, 40, is scheduled to stand trial in Prince William Circuit Court beginning on Jan. 26.
His trial date was set last week.
Sanchez is charged with two counts of capital murder, three counts of first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated malicious wounding and seven counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
His trial is slated to last nine days.
Sanchez is charged for the Dec. 9 shooting deaths of Juan Manuel Guevara, Rosario Europa Martinez and Gerardo Lopez-Garcia.
At a March preliminary hearing, witnesses testified that Sanchez came uninvited to a house in the 13600 block of Grandview Avenue in Woodbridge around 7 a.m. on Dec. 9.
Twelve people were sleeping at the house at the time after celebrating a 2-year-old's birthday party the previous day.
Sanchez forced his way into the house that morning and started shooting, witnesses said.
He is accused of shooting five people—killing three and injuring two others—before fleeing to his sister's house in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., where police arrested him five hours later.
Police said they believe that Sanchez's estranged wife, Judith Europa, was his intended target that morning. She was not injured. Five children were also in the house, including Europa and Sanchez's three children, but none were injured.
If convicted of capital murder, Sanchez could face the death penalty.

I believe what Patrick is referncing is that there are never any comments on the “non illegals” a/k/a hispanic surname articles, however horrific and disgusting.
We are living in hard times, money is harder to come by (see all the foreclosures) and people, throughtout history, need someone to blame.
Funny, since the majority don’t speak English (we all agree on this), they may have limited educations, therefore comments on the internet are fruitless other than speading your cause.

Sanchez was identified as an illegal in the first article published about those killings. We don’t want this trash in our community. We accept the facts that Americans do commit crimes also but we will not accept illegal foreign nationals who do the same. You apologist want us to all think there should be no distinction between between legal or illegal. Legal immigrants have allowed the criminal illegal aliens to live among them and now must accept the responsibility when they commit crimes. Oh yea the White Man is to blame for all the troubles in the minority communities. They never accept any responsibility for their actions. Do you ever see White people standing up to defend White lawbreakers? The answere is no. We don’t burn down our community when a black man kills a white person as we are told that this is not a hate crime.

Ah yes now it is a Hispanic thing. That white male happened to be legal. Sanchez shouldn’t have even been in the country. Don’t try to make this a racial thing you big racist. It is about fairness, equality, not double standards like you want. Illegals kill 12 legal immigants a day, and that doesn’t include the other 12 a day that are killed by accidents caused by illegals. According to GAO(General Accounting Office) numbers. FBI figures back this up as well, since some localities and sanctuaries don’t report illegals crimes. Just the facts, Judicial Watch, NumbersUSA, FAIR, etc. etc. etc. As for white male and family in trailer park they are dead, isn’t that what illegals and their apologists want? Chris Cummings

have you left your comment regarding the trailer park shooting? of course not, he was a white male… please read below.

“Upon entering the trailer at 4 Walt Way, they discovered an adult male and an adult female dead of apparent gunshot wounds. They also found a 1-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl each shot in the heads in the cribs in the bedroom they shared, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
The children were identified as Nicole Aaron Jackson and Aaron Neptune Jackson.
According to sheriff’s office Public Information Officer Bill Kennedy, the adult male and adult female are Aaron Poseidon Jackson and Thomas, the children’s parents.

The issue is there is crime and it committed by many folks from ALL races and nationalities. There are sick (regardless of immigration status) people all over the world. The real threat is not those that are openly sick and we are aware of, but rather those to profess sanity and righteousness at the mercy of anyone less or more fortunate - be it because they are poor, rich, jobless or even a CEO. We have witnessed all types of horrific crime in this county. The crime was here before any other ‘nationals’ came to our county and will be here long after they leave. We are a country founded on violence. Look around and see all the battlefields....violence. Anyone have a suggestion on how to rid ourselves of crime? Period.
