Indictments

The grand jury handed up 197 indictments May 5, according to Prince William Circuit Court records.

A grand jury indictment means the prosecution has sufficient evidence to take the case to trial. It is not a finding of guilt or innocence.

The grand jury ruled that one case lacked merit to go to trial. Addresses for eight people were not available.

The remainder of the indictments are as follows:

• Chision Emanual Thomas, 34, 13953 Lynn St., Woodbridge, aggravated malicious wounding.

• Daniel Robert Alfaro, 18, 7420 Emerald Drive, Manassas, two counts of statutory burglary and two counts of grand larceny.

• Martin Van Buren Barr III, 40, 19008 Barnett Circle, Triangle, credit card theft and credit card forgery.

• Jerrold Leith Bassett, 37, third DWI offense within 10 years and driving without a license.

• Dominick Bongiovanni, 55. 7665 Oak Ridge Woods Court, Lorton, credit card theft, possession of explosive material, grand larceny auto, eluding a police officer and third DUI offense withing five years.

• Joseph Royal Burnett, Jr., 41, 13306 Keystone Drive, Dale City, grand larceny, embezzlement and computer trespassing.

• Larry Nelson Carter, 50, 13005 Marblestone Drive, Dale City, larceny, third offense.

• Sayquan Akeem Carter, 23, 3920 Forestdale Ave., Dale City, possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

• Joshua Shawn Gibbs, 33, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm with drugs and two counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

• Jesse Lee Goff, 26, 11807 Hilltop Drive, manassas, malicious wounding, obstruction of justice and three counts of violating a protective order.

• Manuel Jonathan Hernandez, 20, 4010 Bryce St., Alexandria, grand larceny and statutory burglary.

• Jimmy Jackson, 24, 1869 Cedar Cove Way, Woodbridge, forgery, uttering and obtaining money by false pretenses.

• William Thelnor Jackson III, 23, 5563 St. Charles Drive, Dale City, abduction, robbery and use or display of a firearm in commission of a felony.

• Anthony Leon Jarmillo, 27, 4511 Colony Court, Apt. 1214, Alexandria, 18 counts of writing a bad check.

• Kenny Aristides Marquez Martinez, 26, 14005 Lakeview Court, Gainesville, two counts of carnal knowledge.

• Angel Alfonso Morales-Guardado, 30, 1212 E. Kennedy Road, Sterling, third DWI offense within 10 years.

• Shawn Kendall Murray, 25, 48 Sugarland Square Court, Sterling, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession with intent to distribute schedule 1 or schedule 2 narcotics, possession of a firearm with drugs and eluding.

• Michael Gregory Naghshineh, 23, 4 Mabel Place, Stafford, attempted grand larceny and possession of burglary tools.

• Raymond Charles Potoski, 38, 13446 Greenacre Drive, Woodbridge, forgery, statutory burglary and obtaining money by false pretenses.

• Andre Jon Richardson, 20, 10178 Portsmouth Road, Apt. 10, possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

• Stephen Michael Scott, 19, 7651 Croce Court, Apt. 303, Manassas, statutory burglary and use or display of a firearm in commission of a felony.
