The grand jury in Prince William Circuit Court handed up the following indictments June 2.

A grand jury indictment means the prosecution has sufficient evidence to take the case to trial. It is not a finding of guilt or innocence.

The grand jury ruled that two cases lacked merit to go to trial. Addresses for 17 people were not available.

The remainder of the indictments is as follows:

• James Clifton Arnold III, 24, 13636 Shine Place, Gainesville, possession with intent to distribute schedule 1 or schedule 2 narcotics, possession of marijuana and driving on a revoked license.

• William Ronald Adams Jr., 31, 11754 Lester Road, Manassas, eight counts of possession of sexually explicit material.

• Maxwell Antonio Allen, 19, 7914 Saddlehorn Court, Manassas, robbery, use or display of a firearm in commission of a felony and assault and battery.

• Harrison Rodney Billingsley, 40, 4813 Kentbury Court, Dale City, receiving stolen goods.

• Bonnie Lee Bleutge, 44, 9173 Laurel Wood Court, Manassas, six counts of forgery.

• Edward Joseph Boger IV, 39, 1017 John Paul Jones Drive, Stafford, distributing a controlled substance within school property and two counts of possession with intent to distribute schedule 1 or schedule 2 narcotics.

• Kevin Marcell Bushrod, 21, 1307 Vanburan Drive, Annapolis, Md., grand larceny and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

• Justin Allen Easom, 20, 78 Lambert Drive, Manassas, attempted rape, sexual battery and two counts of abduction.

• Mary Elizabeth Ewell, 29, 9633 Grant Ave., Manassas, grand larceny

• Julio Cesar Huaman-Usca, 23, 9504 Lomond Drive, Manassas, rape.

• Shannon Richard Lilly, 29, 8526 Calvary Lane, Manassas, three counts of uttering, three counts of obtaining money by false pretenses and three counts of forgery.

• Jose Marino Matamoro, 22, 9747 Bragg Lane, Manassas, three counts of statutory burglary, three counts of grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary.

• Norman Rolando Medina Sanchez, 28, 9747 Bragg Lane, Manassas, five counts of statutory burglary and five counts of grand larceny.

• John Matthew Moran, 19, 8574 Yearling Court, Gainesville, murder, shooting into an occupied dwelling and use or display of a firearm in commission of a felony.
