Manassas man gets 13 years for 4-year-old’s rape

A Manassas area man will spend 13 years in prison for raping a 4-year-old girl he was babysitting earlier this year.
Julio Cesar Huaman-Usca, 23, of the 9500 block of Lomond Drive, was sentenced Thursday to 23 years and 8 months in prison with 10 years suspended.
In imposing the sentence, Prince William Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Chief Judge Mary Grace O'Brien also ordered 10 years' probation with no contact with juveniles.
Prosecutors said that Huaman-Usca was babysitting the girl and her siblings while their parents were out of the house on March 25.
When the parents came home, she told them what happened and they called police. The girl was treated at the hospi-tal for injuries consistent with sexual assault, prosecutors said.
Huaman-Usca pleaded guilty in July to one count of rape.
The Peruvian native is also being held on an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

Another reason why all Illegals need to be detained and deported if not executed for heinous crime like raping 4 year old children. Julio Cesar Huaman-Usca should be in prison for at least 25 to life for raping this innocent child. Perhaps it’s for the better for now he’s in ICE Detention.
Sadly though, unless our Borders become secured, this piece of trash could very well illegally cross back into the US and rape some other 4 year old child elsewhere.
We need to secure our borders (both Northern and Southern) and detain and deport ALL ILLEGALS. NO AMNESTY, NONE.

Chris I can always rely on your to provide a dee dee dee moment (not the same as a phdee dee dee moment). If your ignorance was not reigning in this instance, you would see that I am trying to pull more out of the poster. I want some of the vemon that gets spewed here to be explained/justified by the poster, not be someone else with an ounce more of intelligence.

ching123, are you taking about this guy when you say, “they are far worse since they advocate crime by supporting these animals” or are you referring to ALL immigrants?
Chris, I agree with you (I think that is a record for me), if they put him in General Population, he will get what is coming to him (either in the Yard or in the shower room).

yet another illegal immigrant committing yet another heinous crime. When is it going to stop? It’s times like this where I’m more upset at the people advocating the plight of the illegals than the actual criminal. In my mind they are far worse since they advocate crime by supporting these animals.
