The charges against three men accused of fatally shooting a Popeyes restaurant manager in January will go before a grand jury, a Prince William General District Court judge ruled Wednesday.
Daniel Lipscomb, 26, of 16028 Carroll Ave. in Woodbridge, Andre Williams, 21, of 4721 Kellogg Drive in Dale City and James William Carolina, 19, of 2923 Wren Court in Woodbridge appeared in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on charges of murder, attempted robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony for the Jan. 22 shooting death of Keith Jamar Truesdale at a Woodbridge Popeyes restaurant.
Truesdale, 23, was filling in as manager at a Popeye in the 13800 block of Smoketown Road in Woodbridge when two men, one armed with a gun and the other with a knife entered the restaurant through an unlocked back door, witnesses said Wednesday.
The men were later identified as Carolina and Williams.
The two men ordered Truesdale to unlock the safe, but he could not because he did not have the combination, witnesses said.
The would-be robbers became angry and fired one shot, which struck Truesdale in the arm, then went through his chest, killing him, according to an autopsy report.
They men exited the restuarant through the back door ran to a waiting car which police said was driven by Lipscomb.
The charges against all three men will go before a grand jury in Prince William Circuit Court on July 7.

After their trial they should just take them out back and put a bullet in the back of their heads. Give them about as much time and consideration as they gave Mr. Truesdale.

Hopefully these goons will get what they really deserve and not what bleeding heart liberals would like for them to have.
