Prince William police reported the following incidents:
Dumfries area
• A video game system valued at $400 was stolen from a residence in the 3100 block of Antrim Circle around 1 p.m. Saturday.
• A dryer and a toilet valued at $1,575 were stolen from a house under construction in the 4000 block of Melting Snow Place between 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Sunday.
• An undisclosed amount of money was stolen from a business in the 17100 block of Wayside Drive around 7:15 p.m. Monday and 8:20 a.m. Tuesday. The front glass door was broken to gain entry, police said.
Lake Ridge area
• A handgun valued at $400 was stolen from a residence in the 12800 block of Mill House Court around 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Manassas area
• A purse, personal documents and cash valued at $1,717 were stolen from a 2007 Nissan Quest in the 10300 block of Portsmouth Road between 9:30 and 11:05 p.m. A window was broken to get in.
• A GPS unit valued at $300 was stolen from a 1994 Mercedes Benz in the 7500 block of Orchid Court between 9:30 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday. A window was broken to get in.
• Two GPS units and compact discs valued at $1,198 were stolen from a vehicle in the 10300 block of Sorrell Drive between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 6:15 a.m. Wednesday. There were no signs of forced entry, police said.
• A cell phone, a digital camera, a purse and cash valued at $660 were stolen from a vehicle in the 10400 block of Sudley Manor Drive around 6:47 a.m. Wednesday. The victim left her SUV with the doors unlocked and unattended for a few minutes, police said.
• Two hammers, a saw and a tile cutting machine valued at $745 were stolen from a work van in the 10200 block of Frosty Court between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.
• An intruder was found inside an apartment in the 9900 block of Shallow Creek Loop around 11:20 p.m. Friday. The burglar fled before police arrived. Nothing was stolen, police said. The burglar was described as a Hispanic man, between 25 and 35, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, police said.
Manassas Park area
• Two saws, five nail guns and an air compressor valued at $950 were stolen from a work van in the 7800 block of Amherst Drive between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday. There were no signs of forced entry, police said.
• A stereo system valued at $900 was stolen from a 1997 Ford Expedition in the 9300 block of Baker Street between 3:30 and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. During the same time frame, a generator and a compacting plate machine valued at $828 were stolen from a 2002 Ford pickup truck in the same block, police said.
Triangle
• A GPS unit valued at $350 was stolen from a 2005 Kia Sonata in the 18800 block of Crossroads Court between 6 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday. The van was parked in the victim’s driveway, police said.
Woodbridge
• A black 2004 Harley Davidson Sportster valued at $9,000 was stolen from the 15300 block of Postillion Terrace between 5 a.m. and noon Sunday. The motorcycle was parked in front of the victim’s residence, police said.
• Copper wire valued at $1,392 was removed and stolen from two houses under construction in the 16300 block of Eagle Flight Circle between 2 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.
• A bicycle valued at $300 was stolen from the parking lot of a community center in the 13000 block of Chinn Park Drive around 6:59 p.m. Monday. Police said the thief broke the bicycle lock.
• Catalytic converters and pipes valued at $1,958 were stolen off two vehicles parked at an auto repair shop in the 14100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway between 8 a.m. Feb. 14 and 8 a.m. March 12.
• A GPS unit and a knife valued at $359 were stolen from a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier in the 1700 block of Rosa Drive between 1 and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. The victim, whose car was parked in front of his residence, found one of the windows broken and his property stolen, police said.
• An air compressor, a saw and a framing gun valued at $1,525 were stolen from a work van in the 1500 block of Arizona Court around 2:07 a.m. Thursday. There were no signs of forced entry, police said.
• A vacant house in the 14100 block of Essex Drive was broken into between noon Friday and 12:41 a.m. Tuesday. A rear sliding glass door was forced open to gain entry, police said. Nothing was stolen.
