I live in a newly developed area where we have several houses under construction.  In the past few weeks several of these houses have had copper wiring and pipes stolen. One such theft was made by four men in a black or dark blue van (with full windows)last Tuesday night.  They managed to leave just 4 minutes prior to police arrival.
