Woodbridge woman charged with larceny
Ana Margarita Motta Alvarez, 23, of 1608 Francis Drive in Woodbridge, was charged with grand larceny in the 2700 block of Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge around 5 p.m. Monday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.
Alvarez is accused of stealing approximately $530 in merchandise, Hernandez said.
She was held in lieu of a $2,000 bond and has a May 2 court date.
Man receives concealed weapon charge
Timothy Morris Johnson, 21, of 1302 Bayside Ave. in Woodbridge, was charged with possession of a concealed firearm after police responded to a call of an armed subject, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.
The incident happened in the 1200 block of Bayside Avenue around 5 p.m. Wednesday, Hernandez said.
Johnson was released on a summons. His court date was not available.
