Teen charged with church trespassing

Jose Alfredo Aguilar Castillo, 19, of 1622 Maryland Ave. in Woodbridge, was charged with trespassing on church property in the 1700 block of Florida Avenue in Woodbridge around 1:15 a.m. Thursday, said Officer Erika Her-nandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.

Police arrested Aguilar while investigating an unrelated matter, Hernandez said.

He was released on a summons and has a June 16 court date.

Photos from Manassas burglary are released

Manassas City police released surveillance photos from a recent commercial burglary in hopes someone will recognize the thief and come forward.

Around 12:08 a.m. Thursday, the man forced the front door of a convenience store at Roger's Service Center, 9518 Fairview Ave., open and stole several cases of beer, police said.

The thief then left the store, but returned a short time later and took an undetermined amount of cash from the register.

Police described the thief as Hispanic or white, wearing a blue shirt, light pants, brown shoes and as approximately 5 feet 3 to 5 feet 6 inches tall.

Man charged with theft of glass door in house

Levi Burgess, 47, of 1210 East Longview Drive in Woodbridge, was charged with grand larceny and possession of burglary tools in the 1500 block of Kentucky Avenue in Woodbridge around 11:32 p.m. Wednesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.

Burgess is accused of stealing a glass door from a vacant house, Hernandez said.

He was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond and has a June 16 court date.

N. Dakota man charged in child porn case

Jason R. Goldader, of 1419 3rd Ave. N in Fargo, N.D., was charged with distribution of child pornography follow-ing an investigation by the Dumfries Police Department.

Goldader is accused of distributing several hundred images of young boys engaged in various sexual acts,

according to a Dumfries police news release.

The FBI and officers with the Fargo City Police Department took Goldader into custody on April 30 without inci-dent, according to the news release.

He is currently being held on federal charges and is awaiting extradition to Northern Virginia, police said.

The Stafford County Sheriff's Office also assisted in the investigation.
