Fast Food restaurant robbed at gunpoint
A Dumfries-area fast food restaurant was robbed at gunpoint around 9:14 p.m. Sunday, Prince William County police said.
According to police, the robber placed an order at the restaurant in the 17200 block of Wayside Drive and handed money to the 19-year-old female clerk.
When the cash register drawer opened, he pulled out a handgun and reached across the counter pulling an undisclosed amount of cash out, as seen on a surveillance video police released Monday.
The robber fled the scene, authorities said. He was described as a black male, between 16 and 23 years old, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black coat and beige striped shirt, and had short black hair and brown eyes, police said.
No one was injured during the robbery.

Whitley is accused of punching an acquaintance in the face during an argument, Hernandez said.
