Police investigate double stabbing

Prince William County police are investigating a double stabbing that occurred late Tuesday night in the 13300 block of Greenacre Drive in Woodbridge.
According to police, a 25-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man, both from Woodbridge, were stabbed by an acquaintance.
Both were flown to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries, a police spokeswoman said today.
More information will be provided as it becomes available, she said.
