Police release drug-related incidents

A 41-year-old Stafford man was charged with petit larceny and possession of marijuana in one of five drug-related incidents Prince William County police reported Friday.
• A police officer saw Richard Sworg Jr., 41, of 536 Garrisonville Road in Stafford, stealing beer at a gas station in the 18600 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge around 2:06 a.m. Wednesday, police said. The officer searched him and found the marijuana. Sworg was released on a summons and his court date is May 6.
• Anteneh Mohamed Al-Damarz, 19, of 3533 Belfry Lane in Woodbridge, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana at 1:43 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Opitz Boulevard and Telegraph Road in Dale City. Police conducted a traffic stop and arrested him on the charge. His court date is May 6 and his bond informa-tion was not available.
•Anthony Winbush, 23, of 3631 Serendipity Road, Woodbridge, and Oliver Oberly, 24, of 19050 Fuller Heights Road, Apt. 310, Dumfries, were charged with possession of marijuana after police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Interstate 95 and Prince William Parkway around 12:25 a.m. Wednesday. They were each released on a summons and have a court date of May 6.
• Nakita Orsheena Bey, 27, of 16925 Old Stage Coach Road, and William Henry Turgeon, 30, of 3113 Chesapeake Drive, Apt. 101, both in Dumfries, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana at 10:27 a.m. Friday. Police were responding to reports of drug activity in the 3100 unit block of Chesapeake Drive in Dumfries. Bey and Turgeon were each released on a summons and have a court date of May 6.
• Gregory Kevin Selz, 18, of 10142 Marshall Pond Road, in Burke, was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of contributing the the delinquency of a minor at around 8:35 p.m. Wednesday when police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Village Drive.
Selz was held on a $7,500 bond and has a court date on May 6.
Two 17-year-old boys from Burke were charged with possession of marijuana. They were released to a parent and will have a hearing in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
