Police release names in drug-related incidents

An 18-year-old Dale City man was charged with possession of marijuana in one of 14 drug-related incidents Prince William County police reported in the last few days.
• Paul Donald Simms, of 14830 Danville Road, was charged with possession of marijuana after police stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the 14800 block of Enterprise Lane in Woodbridge around 8:08 p.m. Tuesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Simms was released on a summons and has an April 4 court date.
• David Francis Hawkes, 28, of 18337 Fox Mountain Lane in Culpeper, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the area of Prince William Parkway and Hoffman Drive in Dale City around 11:03 p.m. Tuesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Hawkes was released on a summons and has an April 25 court date.
• Julio Banderas-Aries, 22, of 8241 Vermont Place near Manassas Park, was charged with possession of stolen property, being intoxicated in public and obstruction of justice after police stopped to investigate suspicious activity in a wooded area behind a shopping center in the 8100 block of Shoppers Square near Manassas Park around 1:36 p.m. Monday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Banderas-Aries was held in lieu of a $2,000 bond. His court date was not available.
• Dustin Charles Crisler, 20, of 14029 Mathews Drive in Woodbridge, was charged with possession of Adderall during a traffic stop in the area of G Street and Occoquan Road in Woodbridge around 11:25 a.m. Wednesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.
Crisler is accused of not having a prescription for the medication, Hernandez said.
He was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond. His court date was not available.
• Troy Lemay Downell, 24, of 3802 Monte Vista Drive in Alexandria, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 1 and Wigglesworth Way in Woodbridge around 3:39 p.m. Wednesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Downell was released on a summons and has an April 4 court date.
• Antwan Ricco Herring, 31, of 2250 Cambridge Drive in Lake Ridge, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the area of Old Bridge and Smoketown roads in Lake Ridge around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Herring was released on a summons. His court date was not available.
• Jesse Patrick Montgomery, 24, of 10673 Oak Thrush Court in Burke and Aaron Bradley Myers, 20, of 7839 Brompton St. in Springfield, were each charged with possession of marijuana after police stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the 13300 block of Minnieville Road in Woodbridge around 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, said Offi-cer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Montgomery and Myers were each released on a summons and have May 6 court dates.
• Kenneth R. McNeilley Jr., 52, of 605 Academy Road in Palmer Lake, Colo., was charged with possession of mari-juana while police were investigating an unrelated incident in the 10600 block of Automotive Drive near Manassas around 11:14 a.m. Sunday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
McNeilley was released on a summons and has an April 15 court date.
• Charles Leroy Brown, 38, of 13171 Ormond Drive in Bristow, was charged with possession of cocaine after police stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the area of Meadow Grove Court and Golden Oak Drive outside Ma-nassas around 5:11 p.m. Sunday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Brown was held in lieu of a $2,500 bond. His court date was not available.
• Lila Soulisak, 19, of 14947 Simmons Grove Drive in the Haymarket area, was charged with possession of mari-juana during a traffic stop in the area of Sudley Manor Drive and Wellington Road near Manassas around 12:32 a.m. March 1, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Soulisak was released on a summons and has a March 14 court date.
• Justin Clark Reeve, 30, of 1370 East Longview Drive in Woodbridge, was charged with
possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 1 and East Longview Drive around 4:10 p.m. Mon-day, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Reeve was released on a summons and has an April 23 court date.
• David M. Steiger, 19, of 11383 Cromwell Court in Lake Ridge, was charged with possession of marijuana after police stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the area of Plymouth Court and Mayflower Drive in Lake Ridge around 9:52 p.m. Monday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Steiger was released on a summons and has a May 6 court date.
• Louis James Moon, 26, of 3437 Braddock Drive in Dale City, was charged with possession of marijuana after police stopped to investigate suspicious activity in the 3400 block of Braddock Drive around 5:32 p.m. Thursday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Moon was released on a summons and has a May 27 court date.
• Christopher Neil Littlepage, 42, of 3022 Dunleigh Court in Lake Ridge, was charged with possession of Opana and driving under the influence while police were investigating a crash on Dale Boulevard near the exit for Interstate 95 around 7:45 p.m. Thursday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Littlepage was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond and has an April 25 court date.
