Prince William police reported the following incidents:
Dale City
• A four-door, green 1996 Honda Accord valued at $4,000 was stolen from outside the owner’s residence in the 3200 block of Birchdale Square between 9 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.
• A handgun, a shotgun, a gun safe, a laptop computer, a backpack, cash, jewelry and collectable coins valued at $5,995 were stolen from a residence in the 14800 block of Ashdale Avenue between 8:15 a.m. July 12 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday. A basement window was broken to get inside, police said.
Lake Ridge
• A house in the 11800 block of Antietam Road was broken into between 3 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday. A door was forced open to get inside, police said, but nothing was stolen.
Woodbridge
• A four-door, gold-colored 1998 Toyota valued at $2,000 was stolen from the owner’s work in the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway around 8:50 p.m. Sunday.
• A GPS unit valued at $600 was stolen from a 2003 Audi in the 1100 block of Horner Road around 9:45 a.m. Friday. There were no signs of forced entry, police said.
• A handgun and a gun case valued at $600 were stolen from a residence in the 16000 block of Laconia Circle between 8 p.m. Friday and 11:30 p.m. Sunday. The theft occurred while the owner had a get-together at his house, police said.
