No big suprise here that legal alien citizens are using illegal alien labor. That’s how the system works. You get one who is legal and he will then hire all his illegal alien friends to work for him. They will also provide a room in their basement for those workers. That is why legal aliens fight so hard for amnesty. Many of their workers and family members are in the country illegally. They will say or do anyting to try and place blame on the US for their plight when they are deported. Time for the Feds to go after the big construction companies in the area also.

It’s sad that the judge allowed Magalhaes to plead guilty to a single misdemeanor charge—when there was obviously a much bigger case to be prosecuted. This probation and fine amounts to little more than a mild slap in the wrist. It’s better than nothing, of course… but only marginally so. PS—Does the Potomac News intend to provide an update concerning the fate of the 257 ILLEGAL ALIENS that were employed there?

The use of those false security numbers will impact many innocent people. This is not a victimless crime. Try explaining something like this to the IRS and wait for your call to be audited. The IRS is not an understanding group of people. I hope all of you bleeding hearts give up your social numbers to the illegals.
