Man pleads guilty to child rape

A Manassas area man pleaded guilty Thursday to charges that he raped a 4-year-old girl.

Julio Cesar Huaman-Usca, 23, of the 9500 block of Lomond Drive in the Manassas area, pleaded guilty Thursday in Prince William Circuit Court to one count of rape.

Prosecutors said that Huaman-Usca was babysitting the girl and her siblings while their parents were out of the house on March 25, police said.

When the girl's parents came home, she told them what happened and they contacted police, prosecutors said.

The girl was taken to a hospital where she was examined. Prosecutors said her injuries were consistent with sexual assault.

Huaman-Usca is being held without bond pending a sentencing hearing on Oct. 16. He is also being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

Rape is punishable by up to life in prison.

Shoot anyone who enters the country illegally Cobra? Drunk drivers kill thousands more people and we do not have police shooting anyone in the head as soon as they blow over .08. Calls for enforcement of immigration law and increased border security are by no means inherently racist. Advocating the death of those who violate immigration law is vicious, despicable hatred. As for your “statistic” about a million child molestations by illegals, I’m going to need to see a reference for that just to be sure it did not come from a Klan newsletter. I checked the FBI’s Uniform Crime Report and the numbers do not add up.

Please bigots. What would you of said if this guy was a white guy? NOTHING. All of PWC crime is being put on the Hispanics. He deserves his punishment but PLEASE STOP ASSUMING ALL HISPANICS ARE BAD. Now please tell me what race was Ted Bundy? How many women did he rape and kill??

First of all I dont satnd by the rapist at all. Its is sick! I do have to say that this country is full of illegal people but it is not just Spanish people...it is all kind and it is sad but this world is not innocent and neither is Americans. Some of these people act like they did back in the day with black people. It seems like mexicans are being treated the same as blacks were in the 60’s and 70’s . I dont know. I think that this crime is wrong and Im sick of it! Thius “MAN” needs to be put where he belongs cause God is going to be the real deal that he has to face..... SORRY Julio, you deserve what you get!

Another piece of illegal Hispanic trash in Manassas. Raping a 4 year old child. He will get jail house justice once he gets to prison. Child rapists and molesters don’t fair well in prison. Recent reports claim that over a million children have been molested by illegal immigrants in the US since 1999. Build the damn wall and shoot any sob who tries to enter the country illegally. Don’t worry Julio Cesar Huaman-Usca, you have plenty of supporters in PW County. They will be upset with us for taking you away from your family. You will burn in hell.

I commend the detective(s) involved in this case, I don’t think I could sit and talk to someone I know did that to a child.....

MY HEART GOES OUT TO THIS FAMILY, HE SHOULD SERVE HIS TIME IN THE UNITED STATES,THESE PEOPLE COMMIT THESE CRIMES AND GET DEPORTED, THEN COME BACK OVER HERE, THAT IS NOT JUSTICE! HE SHOULD BE PUT TO DEATH FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE, BETTER YET, IF HE WENT TO PRISON, THEY WILL DO TO HIM WHAT HE DID TO THAT LITTLE GIRL! I HAVE NO SYMPOTHY FOR ANY ACT AGAINST A CHILD!

Hey, Mexicans without borbers. If he weren’t he couldn’t have commited this terrible crime. He has ruined the lives of many people. You pro illegal people are unbelievable. Yes americans commit crimes like this as well. However if we can prevent even one of these sick crimes it’s worth deporting every single illegal in this country. Now my tax dollars have to pay for an interpreter in court and his three hots and a cot for the rest of his life.
