Police have charged Sebastian Camilo, 28, with the rape of a 12-year-old girl, according to Prince William County police reports.
Camilo, whose last known addresses were in the 7300 block of Colton Lane in Manassas and the 10800 unit block of Gambril Drive in Manassas, was identified by the girl at the time of the rape on Sspt. 22, police said.
Camilo was arrested at about 4:30 a.m. today in the 10100 block of Tasker Drive in the Manassas area by Prince William police Detective C. Crouch the members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force. police reports said.

ph dee dee dee…..glad to see you chiming in. Even though this question was obviously directed towards Chris, there is no change towards the offender, lock up in general population. Unfortunately, for the victim, if they are illegal, the rules should be process for deportation (although, currently, that is not the case). So, what does that do? It causes illegals to be targeted, it causes illegals to not contact police when a crime is committed against them, it causes crimes to not be reported.

I see anti-immigration at work again. But I have a question:
What would you suggest or do if the alleged rapist was a “legal” and the victim an “illegal”?

All i ask is that the law be enforced equally for illegals as well as legals. Child rapists are subhuman whether they are legal or illegal. LOL Chris Cummings

I don’t understand your connotation here Joedabeast regarding race, creed, or sexual orientation since i have not made any negative or discriminative comments towards any of those aforementioned by yourself. In fact i know many people of color and a few of different sexual orientation and i have always respected them as individuals. I think you need to do some soul searching on the matter here. I agree he should be in general population as well as being deported if he is illegal of course after he serves his time by the law of course. LOL Chris Cummings

Actually, if you look at my past posts, ANY one responsible for a child rape should be placed in general population, REGARDLESS of race, creed, color, or sexual orientation (that one is for Chris Cummings - LOL).

I AGREE WITH (JOEDABEAST), HE NEEDS TO GO IN POPULATION, WHAT I NEVER UNDERSTOOD IS A CRIMINAL IS A CRIMINAL, WHY DO THEY ISOLATE THE CHILD MOLESTERS IN JAIL! SEND THEM TO GEN.POP! COMPASSION?!?!?!?! Are you FR**KING kidding me?!?!?!?! I do not care about anybody’s status when it comes down to raping a little girl. In this case, I WANT the ICE Agents to take their time, so that they will pick up a corpse instead of an illegal immigrant (if applicable).

Hopefully he will be, as was stated in your opinion piece of the other day concerning parking tickets, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Unless, of course, he is an ‘undocumented immigrant’. Then, I’m sure, you’ll demand compassion.
