Police have charged Sebastian Camilo, 28, with the rape of a 12-year-old girl, according to Prince William County police reports.
Camilo, whose last known addresses were in the 7300 block of Colton Lane in Manassas and the 10800 unit block of Gambril Drive in Manassas, was identified by the girl at the time of the rape on Sspt. 22, police said.
Camilo was arrested at about 4:30 a.m. today in the 10100 block of Tasker Drive in the Manassas area by Prince William police Detective C. Crouch the members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force. police reports said.

I hope that the cops heemed him up a bit tighter when they caught him. Place him “mistakenly” in general population that we will save a loads of tax payers’ dollars when the other inmates “take care” of him.
