Exchange your PRTC tokens this weekend

This and next Saturday PRTC will open its lobby to customers who want to exchange their bus tokens onto SmarTrip cards.
PRTC buses made the switch to SmarTrip cards in March and will stop accepting bus tokens in May.
PRTC’s lobby, located at 14700 Potomac Mills Road, will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 19 and April 26.
The final exchange day is May 31.
PRTC spokeswoman Christine Rodrigo warns that customers may experience a wait.
She adds that tokens cannot be exchanged on the bus, and there is no cash reimbursement for tokens.
