Friday rush: Beltway to Woodrow Wilson Bridge jammed

Outer Loop traffic on the Capital Beltway is jammed from Springfield to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge as the Friday rush cranks into full gear.
The congestion begins in Springfield, continues through the interchange and on to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, (Exit 177.8), and into Maryland.
Expect delays.
