VDOT reports that this accident has been cleared and a normal traffic pattern has resumed.
3:57 p.m.
An accident at the 167 mile marker of Interstate 95 southbound has closed one HOV lane and the left lane of the regular travel lanes.
The accident is about two miles south of Springfield.
Expect delays.
