Wagner is seeking a total of $25 million in compensatory and punitive damages in his claims of abuse by jail officials while awaiting a court hearing for what Roberts said he believes was a charge of driving on a suspended license.

New Dale Boulevard damage repaired

The washed-out culvert on Dale Boulevard sustained some additional damage overnight Thursday, but road crews repaired it and stabilized a gas line in the area on Friday.
