A compliment for Gov. Sarah Palin

A voter in Woodbridge,Virginia via the Potomac News Op-Ed Section, advised us all that Governor Palin, Senator McCain’s running mate was, “No Hillary Clinton!” This voter unknowingly paid a huge
compliment to Governor Palin. Let me explain the reason why.
When First Lady Hillary Clinton was departing the White House after her husband’s term expired, she removed thousands of dollars worth of White House furnishings that she claimed belonged to the
Clintons. When the White House advised her that those furnishings were part of the White House Historical Collection, she reluctantly returned them!
When Mrs. Clinton was advised that her Rose Law Firm Billing Records had been subpoenaed by Federal Prosecutor Ken Starr she said “she could not find them!” But alas, two years later, the
records “turned up in the private quarters of the White House!”
First Lady Hillary Clinton chaired a “Health Initiative Committee”to assist her husband in coming up with viable health plan coverage for all Americans, and as history would have it she messed up that
opportunity!
Yet another indicator that Senator Clinton is not ready to be president, nor will she in the future!
Governor Palin has been the Chief Executive of Alaska for two years, so I guess one can say she knows how to run things, but Senator Clinton has not had that same opportunity!
If Governor Palin read the same article I did — “Governor Palin Is No Hillary Clinton” the Alaska Governor more than likely would send a thank you card to that voter in Woodbridge, Virginia. Governor Palin
would say thank you for NOT putting her in the same class as a person (Senator Hillary Clinton), whose previous activities listed above bordered on “very suspicious” behavior!
Governor Palin may or may not be the next vice president of the United States, but one thing is certain! Senator Hillary Clinton will not be! Perhaps Senator Clinton might want to take up that issue with
Senator Barack Obama!

You libs complaint about the swift boat, but you play the game all the time. Focus on something more serious, the news media has no more credibility, CBS, MSNBC, ABC they are posting all the garbage they collect from the sewer pipes in Alaska , courtesy of the Obama’s smear campaign.

Is it true that before entering politics Sarah and her husband were members of the Alaskan Independence Party—a neo-fascist group?

PHDEE,
President Clinton, a serial philanderer, disgraced the WH Oval Office by using the Office of the President for his rendezvous with Ms. Lewinsky. He single handedly spiked sales in cigars because of his antics. He also sold out the Lincoln bedroom of the White House to the highest campaign contributor.
Another woman, actress Gina Gershon, who is rumored to be having an affair with President Clinton, has now come out with her own spoof on Palin.
As Democrat, Former New York Governor Mario Cuomo stated when asked about President Clinton, “I would not want my daughter around him.“

And yet, there was Sarah Palin lavishing praise on Senator Clinton just last night in her interview on ABC.
You people have to decide if you like Palin more than you hate Hillary if she’s going to be your next president.

“...Sme bunch of loonies who wildly applaud the disfunctional Palin family.“ —phdee
phdee, I would opine that “dysfunctional” is a relative term. Determining if one is in a dysfunctional state would depend primarily upon who you’re using as a basis for comparison. Without that baseline, the term as you’ve applied it means next to nothing.
That is unless, of course, you DO have some authoritative basis upon which to draw this comparison. If that is indeed the case, I would be very curious to know exactly who you’re comparing the Palin family to in determining them to be dysfunctional.

Godsaver: Palin’s family is disfunctional. She was so wrapped up in her personal ambitions that she didn’t have time to love her family and care for the, That’s why her 17 yr old daughter got knocked up: she waa seeking love and attention Palin failed to provide, so she sought it elsewhere. And now the Repubs portray the Palin family as role models, bringing them on stage. Have they no decency?

“whacko libs are going to come up with theirs nasty attack”
Perhaps Godsaveus forgets Swift Boat went from a noun to a verb - such as “he got swift boated”. Other “whacko libs who attack” would be Karl Rove, who declared John McCain mentally ill when McCain ran against Bush, and household names such as Rush and Sean.
Even candidate McCain was first on the firing line to attack a phrase he himself used. (I can’t wait to watch the McCain vs McCain debates - priceless).
While no side has clean hands, the Republicans certainly cannot cry foul for a political tactic they invented and perfected.

Just an old play of hysteria and expensive investigations made by Republicans during the Clinton years. Some of the kooks have never been able to get over it. Many have become, like McCain, mentally ill (per Bush). Sme bunch of loonies who wildly applaud the disfunctional Palin family.

Yes, there is a huge difference, one is a liberal and the other one is a conservative, and that says everything. The difference between a conservative and liberal is like north and south but there is always possible middle ground if it is for the good of the nation. Probably like always all the whacko libs are going to come up with theirs nasty attack against her because is the only way they defend their point of view, is attacking the person. Palin also is not going to look for the support of the same women that support Hillary . Woman that support Gov.Palin are all the women that see in her as an example of working mother that provide love to her family and at the same time is active involve with her Community , State and now with her Country

We’ll have to remind Mr. Chapman that Ms. Palin is the one currently under investigation for abuse of power among other things. And that the taxpayers of Alaska are footing the bill for her private attorney. And I would like how her experience as governor has gone from 18 months to 2 years in a little over two weeks. Boy, time marches on.
But my real response is to note how quickly the rose petals wilt. Just two weeks ago the Republicans were heaping high praise on Hillary in an effort to convince Hillary supporters Sarah was “one of them”. I smiled at that time because I knew as much as the Republicans want to win, they hate the Clintons more.
They hate the fact that the Clintons DID what the Republicans can only promise - a healthy America.
Are you better off today then you were 8 years ago? If not, vote Democratic.
