Animal control deserves praise

I was very happy to see in the county roundup that Animal Control employees were honored as Employee of the Month.
Not only did they do a great job in dealing with Assisi Animal Rescue, but they do so every day in a outdated facility and undermanned. Yet in every interaction I have had with them, they have gone out of
their way to be helpful and have always been polite. It is nice to see these everyday heroes recognized.
