In November, we have a choice to make about who our U.S. Representative is going to be. This is an unfortunate choice to make as Tom Davis has represented us well for his seven terms. I send thanks.

I live in the small but wonderful town of Occoquan, a small part of the 11th District. Yet Representative Davis never made us residents feel like we were a small part of his district. My approach to this
election involves researching who will be next to help us keep Occoquan a true gem in our community as well as someone who will speak for me on the federal level.

I have chosen to support Keith Fimian. I’ve met both Mr. Connelly and Mr. Fimian. I believe Mr. Fimian remembers my name. That encourages me. Whoever wins the election will be seeing my name as I
let him know my concerns and how I want him to represent me. It will help if my representative will be able to put a face to that name.

Another reason is that I believe Keith Fimian will continue the good work of helping Occoquan and we won’t get lost in the largeness of Fairfax County and the corner of Prince William County that makes
up the 11th District. I believe it when he says that he will make himself a regular face around here as Representative Davis has over the years.

I believe the better choice is Keith Fimian and ask that you consider voting for him.
