Approval rating tells truth about Congress

If the top 10 most effective people in Congress are Democrats, and the Democrats control both houses of Congress, why is the Congressional approval rating in single digits and falling? (I guess it’s the
Republicans fault.)
But don’t stop there. Twenty four of the top 30 Senators are Democrats. That’s 80 percent of the horsepower in the top 30. Twenty eight of the top 30 in the House are Democrats. Of the top leadership in
the House, 93 percent are Democrats. Why can’t they stop being partisan and work with the rest of the crowd?

Congress’s approval rating has been at its lowest for several years now with each party having more power than the other at any given time.
Americans disapprove of Congress because Congress can’t agree on anything!!!! It has nothing to do with either party being in power. It has to do with self-interested leaders who refuse to work with each other towards the common goal of helping US.

Democrats Pelosi , Reid and the all gang , spent most of their time attacking Bush and his administration, and nothing is done , they are not so smart because now they are sinking together with the lowest rating in history. They got nothing done , but there is an excuse ; It is Republicans fault.

Democrats & Republicans can’t stop being partisan because those most responsible for electing them are partisan.
