Barack Obama — the post turtle

There is a saying going around that Barack Hussein Obama is a “post turtle.”
When you drive down a road in Texas and see a turtle sitting on a fence post, you know three things: one, he didn’t get there by himself; two, he has no idea what he’s doing and three, an unidentified
third party clearly controls him and his outcome.
I don’t believe associating the saying to Hussein is all correct, but close.
One, he certainly didn’t get there by himself, but through the corrupt democratic machine in Chicago.
Two, he, in fact, does know what he’s doing in his attempt to institute a socialist society in America, and three, his controlling agent is the far left fringe of socialists and his cohorts in the anti-America
cabal.

GSU, would you be just as happy if Senator Obama choose to practice the Muslim religion? Isn’t religion about living the word of God? Or are you one of those people that believes “your” interpretation of religion is “correct” and all others are “wrong”. God doesn’t seem to be as picky as you.

Good Lord,
What a testy bunch. You guys are looking like fools with your continued spin of BHO’s credentials. You have every right to vote for whom you please but quit trying to prop him up. He has nothing to run on. Voted present a majority of the time as he has calculated his run for Presidency for some time. All show and zero substance. He has pulled off one of the biggest hoaxes in the History of Presidential Politics. McCain has pulled ahead in all recent polls. How can that be? Glad to see that there are many Liberals who know that he is not the right person for the job in the year 2009.

“What Republicans do not tell us is what their ideas are for saving this country. To avoid change”
McCain was asking Obama to have several Town Halls in order to present their ideas , Obama give him multiples excuses in order to avoid that kind of debates. Obama is just an slogan “change “.
“The answer is simple. Because for the Republican Party, it is all about selling fear”.
Like the Hillary’s commercial when she said. Who is ready on day one to answer the call? And then start a terrorist attack. Give me a break.

Godsaveus, I don’t recall mentioning you in my post. If you can get past his name, and unlike cobra and Mr. Homan, don’t feel a need to use that or the famous BHO in your posts, then I guess you’re not one of the ignorant.
Understanding we go to different churches, my belief is that John’s choices in his life reflect his character and judgement and hence, one reason why I support Obama. I guess you go to one of those modern churches that condone adultry and has the “easy out” by saying “oops, my bad - please forgive me” when caught with your hand in the cookie jar. Perhaps your church also does High-5s when Iraqi civilians are killed or when you can really torture one of those buggers. Yea, character is important alright.

“There is nothing wrong to be Muslim and there is nothing wrong with the name Hussein or Mohamed.“
I’m glad we’re in agreement.
“Barack Hussein Obama born and raise Muslim “
Neither of these things is true, but whatever. How is anybody “born” a muslim? Or “born” a Christian?
I was baptized as an infant. The idea that a person has any concept of what that means as a child is ludicrous.

<If you just want to slander Obama, insinuate that he’s a terrorist, a muslim>.
Many Muslim Americans must fill offended by the disrespectful and hateful way you talk about them. There is nothing wrong to be Muslim and there is nothing wrong with the name Hussein or Mohamed. Barack Hussein Obama born and raise Muslim (“non practicing”) and we the Christians are happy that he decide to convert to the Christianity and receive the Baptism .

Thank you Ray,
For that very eloquent post. You are absolutely correct that all the Republicans have to sell is fear.

“If I do not vote for Obama it is not for
his color, or his funny name like you want to pretend , is because I do not
agree whit his policies , his poor judgment and his inability be a president”
So then why do you idiots keep talking about his name like it should have any bearing on this election?
If you want to disagree with his policies or you’re not comfortable with his political experience, I’ll respect your opinions even if I don’t agree.
If you just want to slander Obama, insinuate that he’s a terrorist, a muslim, whatever, then you’re just slime and deserve no respect.

<Homan simply calls Senator Obama ‘Hussein’ in hopes that a simple mention will send shivers up the spines of countless ignorant Americans> It is amazing how you call to a large population of Americans and democrat democrat supporters. That gives me a couple of conclusions. One, because the countless ignorant Americans do not learn about theirs candidates, and you think that ,the solely nice talk, demonize Bush and bring the slogan “change” is enough to elect Barak Hussein Obama. Second, You underestimate the ability of the American people to elect one of their candidates base in character, judgment, accomplishment, values, rather that a ‘funny name” like Obama said in one of his speeches. If I do not vote for Obama it is not for his color, or his funny name like you want to pretend , is because I do not agree whit his policies , his poor judgment and his inability be a president , I am not making this up , Joe Bidden and Hillary Clinton say that, he is not qualified to be president , and they know him better than me . I am just another ignorant American.
