Claim of support not credible

I’m sure that I am not the only one who was deeply touched by Don Scott’s letter of Nov. 12, in which he professed, “I will actually want my new president to succeed.” In fact, Mr. Scott wants “his” new
president to succeed so badly that he began by labeling him a “leftist,” a “radical,” a “liberal” and a “die-hard socialist.”
He ended by calling him a liar. And the guy hasn’t even taken office yet.
While it is commendable that Mr. Scott limited himself to just five epithets, rather than the 15to 20 that normally punctuate his sophomoric ramblings, his claim of support for Barack Obama is about as
credible as John “country first” McCain’s assurance that Sarah Palin was the most qualified person he could find to serve as vice president. What a couple of frauds!

Whoops…sorry to burst into the middle of your discussion, but I’m also wondering if the Clinton analogy isn’t closer to the truth.
Considering how divided things are already, I think Mr. O will steer neither right nor left, but head right up the middle. He’s smart enough to know that some sort of centrist stance must be taken in order to pull right and left together, if only briefly.
After that—I’m left to speculate. If he follows the same path, you’re most likely going to see some sort of “Clinton Lite” style of governing emerge. It won’t be flashy or risky or solve the world’s problems, but it will calm things down a bit.
Four years of moderation, coming up.
Hey, it could have been worse!

“You now have a President who pals around with Terrorists, attends a racist church for 20 years, have former leader of the KKK as leader of the Senate”
Keep singing that tired, sad, redneck song, douchenozzle. It worked really well for you during the election!

Idiot boy JVA,
So your the poster boy for America First. What a joke you are. Putting American first starts with electing someone with a smither of qualifications. You idiot boy voted for an anti-American who has accomplished absolutely nothing in his life. Are you not the one who served in the Navy under dont ask dont tell along with your fellow libs Bruce Romelt and Ronniecharest? Sorry you fell for all the BS from the BHO campaign. With a level playing field (without Akorn, illegal voters)Republicans will always win. Nice story in the Washcompost Sunday admitting their bias towards BHO. And you guys cry about the fairness doctrine? Glad that libs lowered the bar for associations. You now have a President who pals around with Terrorists, attends a racist church for 20 years, have former leader of the KKK as leader of the Senate? Boy you guys know how to pick your friends.

Sounds like a great plan, Cobra. Should be a real winning strategy to help get the economy back on track. Glad to see you putting country first.
What a douche.

BHO will be given about 1 days support. That’s about what Bush got from you hack libs when he was elected. Can’t recall any honeymoon from the left in 2000 or 2004. Hey its just politics Larry. Wipe away the tears my man. BHO will govern from the center right just as Clinton did. Sorry you fell for all the lies during the campaign.
