Everybody will not do their share

Most of us, whether in high school, college, or work have worked hard during a group project.  Similarly we’ve probably each experienced one member of the group that gained the fruits of this labor,
grades or recognition, while contributing minimally to the effort.

This, in a nutshell, will be what each of us as taxpayers and workers will experience in a Barack Obama/Joe Biden administration with an unchecked Democratic Congress.

Obama, Biden, Charles Schumer, Charles Rangel and Barney Frank have each unequivocally expressed their intent to “redistribute and spread the wealth,” but they never talk about the collateral second
or third level effects.

Make no mistake; this will affect all of us. If 10 of us work for a small or mid-sized business and the owner gets hit with increased taxes and regulatory requirements in order to “spread the wealth” to
those that don’t work like you do, or haven’t taken the initiatives that you have, what do you think the owner’s options are? You can bet one option is to let one or more employees go.

The question is, who will it be?

And as I continue to point out, no small business is going to lay off a productive employee - the very employee that earns the company the very profits it is being taxed on to save $1,500 a year in income taxes.

You must ask yourself - would you be willing to pay an additional $1,500 in taxes if you could take home $48,500 more in a year? Most of us would.

Keep promoting fear - it is all McCain has to offer.
