Fire support for incumbents in MP

The International Association of Fire Fighters Union, Local 2757 (City of Manassas Park) announces the endorsement of city council candidates Keith Miller, Bill Treuting and Bryan Polk; and Mayor
Frank Jones for election in the 2008 elections for the City of Manassas Park.

Union members hosted all candidates for a series of in-depth discussions in order to have a better understanding of their positions on various issues germane to the City of Manassas Park. Discussion
focused on the impact of the economic downturn on Manassas Park, funding for public safety operations and salaries and vision for the future of the city.

The Union recognizes candidates Peter Farrell, Suhas Naddoni and Brian Leeper as qualified candidates and appreciates their participation in these forums with the Union. The Union, however, believes
that the best choices to support public safety for the citizens of Manassas Park are Miller, Treuting, Polk and Jones. The Union hopes that city residents will consider these candidates’ commitment to
public safety and to the overall well- being of the city on Nov. 4.
