It may be free, but I do not want it

Although the Pulse is a free newspaper, I do not want it. Not only do I think it is a waste of our precious resources, but most in my neighborhood just throw it away (some actually recycle it) without even reading it.
Whoever is responsible for “delivering” it throws most of the papers in the street. You can drive through my neighborhood after they have “delivered” them and you will see them strewn about haphazardly.
Many neighbors just leave them where they are (some let them pile up near the curb) and they turn to mush (except for the plastic, which doesn’t disintegrate).
While I understand you have a business to run, it would be nice to find out which homes actually want the newspaper before “delivering” it.
