Look around! Did you see anything that did not use energy? Our quality of life is energy dependent. Clearly our 70 percent dependence on foreign oil is a downright crazy risk and far too expensive.
Barack Obama’s core energy plan is elegantly simple: “invest in American energy solutions and make ending our dependence on foreign oil an urgent national priority.” This is more vital than was JFK’s
spirit-lifting challenge of “going to the moon.” This is because Obama’s plan hones in on the fundamental changes needed to meet America’s energy demands.
Obama’s plans include quality non-exportable jobs and energy independence. Many Americans agree with Obama’s plan to fast-track alternative fuel technologies to break the oil addiction. They like his
plan to create 5 million new jobs by investing $150 billion to develop home-grown energy technologies. And who, other than big oil, does not agree with Obama’s plan to support automakers in developing
new advanced technology cars that get 150 mpg.
Sure it takes time! What does not? So join the Obama voters Nov. 4 to get started. Because it is the right thing to do, let’s leave behind the old big oil ideas that only lead to foreign oil wars.

Is this the same Obama that said the only thing he disliked about $4.00 a gallon gas is that we reached the price too quickly? He does not seem to be too concerned with how much Americans have to pay for energy. And what happens if the new energy companies make too much money, will Obama then turn on them too?
Is this the same Obama that wants to reward law breakers with Citizenship and says we need more immigrants because there are not enough Americans willing to work? If Obama is so concerned with American jobs and Americans, why does he support policies that undercut Americans?

I agree!
Obama’s plan offers real hope for our energy independence and our economy. We can be the world leader in alternative energy and put America back to work doing it.

Remember when the PALIN/McCain camp ridiculed Senator Obama for recommending we check our tire pressures? Yet millions of gallons of gasoline could be saved each year just by doing that. While Miss America and Big Oil continue to argue more drilling in Alaska is our only answer, Senator Obama understands it will take a comprehensive effort to wean ourselves from foreign oil. Obama/Biden have my vote November 4th.
