I think Potomac Mills is doing exactly right in their enforcement of parking. I listen to what each of the people had to say on the news and find them to be very rude. They do not own the property, they do
not pay taxes on the property and there is a big lack of parking for the people who shop there.
They did not ask if they might park there but considered it their entitlement and I find it to be rude and brash of them. I too am dealing with gas prices, but I will not assume and take advantage of
someone to achieve my means. Potomac Mills is a good mall; they try hard and I can enter and walk through it without being harmed, and I can shop peacefully and quietly.
Take a look at the other local malls such as Manassas. Take a look at the Springfield district. Potomac Mills tries hard to do a good job. The manager of the mall should be applauded not criticized
because he brought it up to par when it was starting to go down like the others years ago.
To say they will boycott the mall if they don’t get their way is brash and ugly and they probably don’t shop there very much anyway.
