I am writing in regards to the article of Feb. 8, about the passing of Michael Joseph Pennefather. Michael was always energetic and happy. I played football, baseball and sometimes basketball with him in his front yard where everyone was welcome to play. Michael and I would also play board games like Monopoly, Stratego and Pay Day. The inside game he was really good at and liked the best was ping-pong.
On top of Michael’s athletic abilities, he also was a pianist who would play at festivals and he memorized songs very well. To me Michael was a great friend and he will be missed
