How absurd it is for the Prince William County Sewer Authority to even mention cutting the water off or expecting payment for their not-so-bright mistake, a mistake probably made by the same not-so-
bright person that sent the letter in improper English “your account did not been bill…” Say what? Note they were ashamed to sign an actual name and rightly so! Prince William County residents watch
out. Who will be the next “victim?”
