What if McCain were a black man?

I have an interesting question to pose: “What if John McCain were a black man?” If John McCain were a black man, he wouldn’t have been raised by an admiral and given immediate access to the Naval
Academy. His family in the ‘60s would have probably been enlisted.

He might have still joined the military and been a war hero but he would have come back home to far less fanfare.

If John McCain were black, he probably would have never married Cindy Hensley, a rich heiress who would help fund his first congressional campaign, therefore a black McCain with no funding would not
have run for Congress.  A white John McCain finished 894th in a class of 899 at the Naval Academy.

Would we consider a black presidential candidate with those academic credentials?

A black John McCain, if he had somehow made it into Congress, would have probably been arrested in the Capitol Building for that legendary bad temper. Professional black men do not last if they are as
aggressive as a white John McCain.

This presidential race is an excellent allegory for how American Culture really works.

A black man must be almost perfect in order to get considered over a less-qualified white counterpart.

What if Barak Obama were a black man? What if he didn’t have one white parent? Would he still have been an Ivy Leaguer? Would he still have gotten help from Tony Rezko?
Would he still have listened to Rev. Wright’s lies for 20 years?
Would he still have been an organizer in the inner city? Would he still have been elected to the Illinois & U.S. Senates?
Would the media still treat him as if he were the second coming of Christ?
But he isn’t a black man, he’s a gray man, in a gray party where socialism & Marxism have the same value as democracy; if not more.

I DIDN’T KNOW McAIN’S NAVAL ACADEMY CLASS STANDING.  IF 894TH IN 899 STUDENTS IS TRUE, DOESN’T SPEAK MUCH FOR INTELLIGENCE.  OF COURSE, ADMISSION TO THE ACADEMY IS POLITICAL AND ‘KEPT IN THE FAMILY OF MILITARY”. OBAMA MADE IT TO HARVARD’S LAW SCHOOL. I’M SURE IT WAS TOKENISM BECAUSE THE PROMINENT COLLEGES KEEP IT IN WEALTHY FAMILIES - MOSTLY WHITE - AS LONG AS DAD CAN WRITE A BIG CHECK. WE HAVE BUSH AS AN EXAMPLE OF A DUMB BELL GOING IVY LEAGUE. HE USED HIS CONNECTIONS TO AVOID THE WAR BY GETTING INTO THE RESERVES.  McCAIN HAS TO BE 95% “GO ALONG” WITH BUSH BECAUSE HE CAN’T THINK OBVIOUSLY. THAT’S WHY THE REPUBS WANT HIM. TO THEM THOUGHT IS DANGEROUS.

Qite a dilema if McCain was black and running against Obama. The US, especially the conservative, bible Southern crowd and Republican since Brown vs. Board school desegregation decision, and truly racist. And Manassas and PWC have their share, especially the BOCS and anti-immigration crowd.  Guess it comes down to a choice of a dumb black vs. a dumb white man in this race. Watch for the Reps to really bring out the race card after Labor Day.

This is easily one of the most pathetic pieces of drivel I’ve ever heard in my life.  The implication is that John McCain is where he is because he’s white, and only because he’s white.  By extension, the further implication is that Barack Obama is a candidate for the highest office DESPITE the fact that he’s black.

But the truth of the matter lies in exactly the opposite question…what is Barack Obama were white?  If BHO were not black, and had the exact same resume, nobody outside of Illinois would have any idea who he was.  If he ran for the presidency with such scant experience and credentials…and was white…he would be a laughable candidate to the Democratic establishment.

Mr. Ares believes it’s okay to cast aspersions on the accomplishments and service of John McCain because he’s white.  Mr. Ares should be ashamed of his overt race-baiting.  Debate issues and substance, sir…not conjecture and stupidity.
