What party uses socialist tactics?

In his book, “Target America,” James L. Tyson provides an analysis on how Lenin developed important laws of revolutionary propaganda. One of the tenets was to “Divide our friends and enemies into
clear cut groups…”
Opponents of the causes are not answered with logical arguments but with accusations of being “fascists,” “imperialists,” “racists,” “warmongers” and so forth.
Another was, “the use of hooks,” to attract sympathizers from all levels of society. In Lenin’s “Thesis on Tactics” followers were advised to search out and exploit sources of discontent.
“There is no segment of the population, without its circle of discontent, maladjusted and alienated individuals, that are predisposed targets for radical hate propaganda who can be hooked up…” Lenin
wrote in “What is to be Done.” He further wrote, “We must use every grain of discontent. We must collect every grain of protest.”
In his writings, he continually pounded on the importance of the media in expanding the propaganda. He effectively utilized the party newspaper, “Iskra,” to spread the word.
Ultimately, radio, movies and finally TV grew into their importance as mass communicators.
Now, I ask you, what national political party utilizes these tactics? The ranting of Barack Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy, Clinton and other socialists pretty much answers that question. Their
opposition to every Republican initiative, following the script above, pretty much sizes their vision up. Mona Charen in her book “Useful Idiots” more or less confirms the media propensity to go along with
the modern day socialists.

It seems as though only the most dim witted among us are sticking with the GOP these days. Should make it even easier to whip their sorry butts again in 2012.

I can’t agree more with Mr. Homan. The media is so obviously in love with Barack Obama they ignore wilfully issues like Obama’s unsurpassed extreme views on abortion or the truth about his ties with Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, Frank Marshall Davis, Antoin “Tony” Rezko, William Ayers, Rashid Khalidi, ACORN and the $800 000 payment Obama’s campaign made to Citizens Service Inc., a group that registers voters and has past ties to Acorn, etc.
We know better than that. They can’t insult our inteligence like that! We want more than “Obama was only 8 years old” stories.
We want to hear the whole story behind Obama’s far-left ‘New Party’ membership.
We want to see the video of Barack Obama toasting his radical former PLO operative friend Rashid Khalidi and his wife while attending a Jew-bashing dinner which LA Times is refusing to release to the public.
I think we all (including most of Obama’ suporters) know they would immediately release the tape if it were Sarah Palin making the toast.

I hereby invoke the Rooster Cogburn rule of political squeamishness: The party of of pro-war, pro-torture, gun-totin’, Bible-thumpin’, SUV-drivin’, “pull yourself up by your own bootstraps,“ “marines don’t cut and run,“ “you can have my gun when you pry it from my cold dead fingers,“ shock and awe neo-conservatives is not allowed to hide behind mama’s skirts trembling with fear over nonsensical ghost stories made up by cynical, bigoted propagandists to scare the sheep into believing the scary “community activist” who suspended his campaign to visit his sick grandma is some kind of America-hatin’, Marxist, terrorist “boogerman” who’s going to make your babies read the Koran.
“Well if I had a big horse pistol like that I wouldn’t be scared of no ‘boogerman’”

Wow, I read the letter and thought this was right out of the Republican play-book.
As the letter ended, I was proven correct, as he ended with an attempt to divide Americans into only “you’re with us Republicans” or “you’re against us Democrats”.
Nice try.
