Remember when Barack Obama’s patriotism was questioned because he wasn’t wearing a flag pin? Whenever John McCain is on TV, which is everyday, I notice he never sports a flag pin in his lapel.
Has McCain been criticized as unpatriotic? Obama supporters aren’t so petty!
Vote in November on the issues that are important to the American people not on contrived symbolism.

There was nothing more for Senator McCain to gain by flogging the non-story, so he dropped it. Life went back to it’s pre- Oh-my-God-He’s-not-patriotic routine.
And Senator McCain put his own made-in-China flag pin back in his nightstand drawer until he could find some other use for it.
I have to wonder, now that he’s picked a running mate who has far less experience in governing than Senator Obama, lacks the education, and shows non of the talent and skills Senator Obama so clearly demonstrates; Will we finally be free of the “Experience” issue?

he Repubs claimed that Ga. Sen Clelan, who lost limbs in combat, was unpatriotic. And that McCain was mentally ill. The Repubs are always using smear and “weird” tactics, such as the petty lapel pin. They are a desparate party. They have no choice but to grasp at nothing and stras.
