• Accomplishments: Cedar Run District 100-meter hurdles and 300-meter hurdles champion, Northwest Re-gion 300-meter hurdles and long jump champion, Group AAA state 300-meter hurdles champion, third at Group AAA state meet in long jump and in 1600-meter relay, Cahoon Classic 100-meter hurdles champion.
• What did you enjoy most about the outdoor track season? “Competing and striving to be a state champion.”
• In winning a state title in the 300-meter hurdles, what is it like to be a state champion? “I’m very happy. I was blessed by God.”
• What are you most proud of about your prep career? “Winning the hurdles at states.”
• How much are you looking to competing at Nebraska? “I’m looking forward to seeing what the level of competition is. I want to compete and get better.”
