Kellogg named girls head basketball coach at Osbourn High

Emily Kellogg has been named Osbourn High School’s new girls basketball coach. Kellogg replaces Lauren Milburn, who stepped down after five seasons to take the head girls basketball coaching job at Liberty High School in Bealton.
Kellogg comes over from Manassas Park, where she served as the head girls basketball coach for one season. The Cougars went 1-9 in the Group A Bull Run District and 3-19 overall.
