Milburn leaves Osboun’s girls hoops program

Lauren Milburn has stepped down as Osbourn High School’s girls basketball coach. Milburn has accepted a job teaching history at Liberty High School in Fauquier County. Milburn coached the Eagles for five years and led them to two Northwest Region Tournament appearances.
For her efforts in the 2004-05 season, Milburn was named the Cedar Run District and Potomac News & Manassas Journal Messenger Girls Basketball Coach of the Year after leading the Eagles to a 10-14 record. The season before, Osbourn had gone 1-21.
