• BATTLEFIELD 4, OSBOURN PARK 0: The Bobcats blanked Osbourn Park to finish their district season undefeated. Kelsey Trace, Jessye Jewell, Chrissy Powell and Caitlin Maat each scored in the win. Sahar Aflaki had two assists for Battlefield (14-1, 7-0), and Powell added one. Kristen Norkus posted seven saves, and Bethany Bayles also recorded seven for the Yellow Jackets.
BOYS SOCCER
• WOODBRIDGE 2, HYLTON 1: Mardong Guevara scored both goals for the Vikings in their win over Hylton. Brian Lybert assisted both goals for Woodbridge (10-2-1, 8-1-1).
Zach Rusk scored for Hylton.
• BATTLEFIELD 2, STONEWALL JACKSON 0: Matt Plum and Duke Mensah each scored to help the Bobcats defeat Stonewall Jackson. Franco Buzzalino and Thomas Mayhugh added an assist apiece. Alan Hinton and Michael Hinkle shared the shutout.
• FOREST PARK 0, GAR-FIELD 0 (2 OT): The Bruins and the Indians finished scoreless. Eric Harrison had three saves for the Indians, while Patrick Nuckols finished with 17 saves.
BASEBALL
• WOODBRIDGE 5, HYLTON 3: Jake Myer struck out five and allowed five hits over seven in-nings to help the Vikings defeat Hylton. Zach Larson went 2 for 3 with a home run and two RBI, while Kyle Toomey scored once and Kyle Tatum hit an RBI single. With the win, Woodbridge (15-5, 8-2) forces a tiebreaker with Forest Park on Monday.
For the Bulldogs, Carlos Telez and Brett Ireland each drove in a run.
SOFTBALL
• BRENTSVILLE 2, SKYLINE 0: Grace Nordan struck out ten, while surrendering two hits and one walks to help the Tigers shut out Skyline. Nordan also supplied the offense, going 2 for 4 and scoring two runs.
On Tuesday night, the Tigers defeated James Wood 6-2. Devon Hileman allowed two hits and three walks, while striking out 12. Hileman also went 3 for 4 and scored a run, while Kaitlyn Barbour went 3 for 4 with 2 RBI. Abby Carpenter drove in a run on two hits and Emily Neitzke collected three hits and scored a run. The Tigers are now 16-1 overall and 14-0 in district play.
