It didn’t take long for Selina Mann to determine her college basketball destination.
The Battlefield High School senior visited Division I Mount St. Mary’s on Friday.
After receiving an offer that same day, Mann committed to the Mountaineers.
Mann had received interest from other programs, including American, Colgate and St. Joseph’s, but Mount St. Mary’s was the only school to have offered a scholarship.
Last season, the 5-foot-5 guard averaged 17.2 points per game along with 7.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 5.2 steals in earning all-Cedar Run District honors. She has scored 1,023 points in her career.
