Ray Terczak grabbed his first win in Late Models at Old Dominion Speedway Saturday in a 75-lap feature.  Terczak, who started fifth, took the lead off the start in the 19-car field and cruised to victory lane with Robert Bruce tailing him in the last half of the race.

"We've worked hard on this car all year," said Terczak, who moved into fifth in points.  "Tonight, the car was phenomenal.  It handled great after the cautions."

Points leader Willard Lawrence had a bad night, finishing 15th.  It was the first time Lawrence, who has nine top twos this season, finished outside of the top 10.

By lap 52, Lawrence had made his way to fourth after starting sixth.  But coming into turn three, a lap car got into Lawrence and Les Miranda.  Lawrence was forced to end his night because of a leaking radiator.

Bruce, who started second, dropped back to fourth at one point but finished second when he got around Miranda in lap 52.  "It was a great night for us," said Bruce, who notched his third top five and his second runner-up spot of the season.  "The car really ran good."

Adam Brenner, who started fifth, came in third.

"It could've been better but we're pretty happy with third," said Brenner who cut Law-rence's points lead to 33 points.  "But we were chasing the car all day and it was still pretty tight in the race."

After starting eighth, rookie Kevin Hall notched his second top five of the year with a fourth.  Michael Arnold, who started seventh, was fifth.

In the Virginia Sprint Car Series, Satch Worley took home the win.  Worley took the lead from French Grimes in lap six in the 11-car field and then barreled to victory lane with Jerald Harris on his bumper.

"It was whoever got the break at the start and got out front," Worley said.  "It's a lot to learn what these cars can do on asphalt."

Harris was second and Grimes third.

In U-Cars, Bryan Fox battled to his fifth win of the season.  Fox started 12th and got by pole winner Amber Abrams in lap 13 for the lead.

"It feels awesome," Fox said.  "I'm ready for next week to see if I can get back-to-back."

Greg Sites, who started 11th, snagged second after passing Abrams in lap 14.

"It was a good run," Sites said.  "I hated that I had to get into a couple of cars out there."

Billy Ingle, who started 13th after winning last week, came in third.  Tyler Cypher was fourth and James Beavers fifth.

In Mini Stocks, Bobby Able cruised to his fifth win of the year.  Able started second and got around Keith Riley in lap one for the lead.  Mike Carte came in second.  Scotty Gore was third, Jason Darne fourth and Keith Riley fifth.

"This car was about perfect through the corners," Able said.  "But the last two laps, it was ready to blow a rod."
