Potomac beats Lynchburg

The Potomac Nationals beat the Lynchburg Hillcats on Monday 13-7 in another marathon contest, one that took three hours and 42 minutes to complete.
Potomac scored runs in every inning but the third and eighth.
Michael Martinez, Andrew Lefave and Dan Lyons had three hits for Potomac and Dee Brown Jhonatan Solano and Brian Finegan had two hits each.
Finegan also recorded a stolen base.
Josh Wilkie earned the win for the Nationals. He pitched one and two thirds innings and did not allow any hits, runs and issued no walks. He recorded two strikeouts.
The teams continue their series tonight. Game time is 7:05 p.m.
