Potomac stretches win streak to eight games

The Potomac Nationals fought back from a 4-1 deficit to beat the Lynchburg Hillcats 10-4 and run their win streak to eight games.
Potomac’s Dee Brown hit his first home run this year.
Brown, Ofilio Castro, Chris Marrero, Frank Diaz, Edgardo Baez and Seth Bynum all recorded two hits.
Potomac (8-2) also received two RBI from Jemel Spearman.
Every member of Potomac’s starting lineup had at least one hit.
Nationals starting pitcher Adrian Alaniz lasted four innings. He gave up four runs, three earned, on seven hits. He also walked three and struck out three.
Jack Spradlin tossed three innings of scoreless relief, allowing one hit to earn the win. Spradlin walked two batters and recorded a strikeout. Adam Carr tossed the final two innings.
