It was not your normal school day on May 8 when students at St. Francis Creche Episcopal Preschool in Great Falls welcomed a baby camel – Amos – and a host of his furry friends for an afternoon playdate. Amos, born in February, and his many four-footed friends from the Bar-C-Ranch in Berryville visited the school, giving youth an up-close look at bunnies, sheep, goats, llamas and camels. “This is a highlight of our school year and always a favorite of Creche children,” said preschool director Jane Ruppe Keihn.
